This Refunds Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made on Snapdeck, operated by askitmore co., ltd ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Payment Processor

We process payments via Polar. Refunds, when approved, are executed back to the original payment method subject to the processor’s rules.

2. Eligibility

  • Duplicate charges due to a processing error
  • Unauthorized transactions (upon verification)
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the Service, where we are unable to provide a remedy within reasonable time

3. Non-Refundable

  • Used credits, generated outputs, or partial periods of subscription already consumed
  • Issues caused by network or device limitations outside our control
  • Violations of the Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@askitmore.com within 14 days of the charge with your email, transaction details, and a description of the issue. We may request logs or screenshots to expedite resolution.

5. Timing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Bank posting times may vary.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your account during the investigation. Filing fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
