These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Snapdeck (the "Service"), provided by askitmore co., ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating laws, infringing intellectual property rights, uploading harmful code, attempting to reverse engineer our systems, or interfering with others’ use of the Service.

5. AI Features and Data Usage

Snapdeck uses AI features to help generate and edit presentations. To improve quality, reliability, and safety of these features, we may use anonymized or pseudonymized user data, prompts, and outputs to enhance our models and systems, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We apply technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256 where supported by our infrastructure providers), strict access controls, and event auditing. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that it complies with applicable laws.

7. Payments and Billing

We process payments via Polar. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for fees, taxes, and applicable currency conversions. 9. Privacy

10. Security

Despite these safeguards, no system is 100% secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service at any time with or without notice. We will endeavor to minimize disruptions and provide reasonable notice for material changes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS; YOU SHOULD REVIEW OUTPUTS BEFORE USE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue shall lie in competent courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
